NOLAH MATTRESS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
For all Nolah Mattresses purchased after 02/01/2025, your new Nolah Mattress is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. This limited lifetime warranty gives you specific legal rights and covers all manufacturing defects. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Products Covered by This Limited Lifetime Warranty.
This limited lifetime warranty (“Limited Lifetime Warranty”) extends to mattresses manufactured by Brooklyn Bedding, LLC d/b/a Nolah ("Nolah Mattress") and purchased directly from Nolah or Nolah's authorized retailers. This Limited Lifetime Warranty includes the Nolah Evolution Mattress (“Nolah Evolution 15”), Nolah Evolution Comfort+ (“Nolah Evolution Comfort+ 14 ”), Nolah Natural Mattress (“Nolah Natural 11”), Nolah Nurture Kids Mattress (“Nolah Nurture 10”), Nolah Original Mattress ("Nolah Original 10"), Nolah Original All-Foam Hybrid (“Nolah Original All-Foam Hybrid 10”), Nolah Original Hybrid Mattress (“Nolah Original Hybrid 11”), Nolah Signature Mattress (“Nolah Signature 12”), and Nolah Signature Hybrid Mattress (“Nolah Signature Hybrid 13.5”), and Luxe Alaskan King Mattress (“Alaskan King Mattress”) which collectively will be referred to as “Mattresses” (plural) or “Mattress” (singular) unless otherwise noted. Some parts of this Limited Lifetime Warranty also extend to covers sold with Mattresses ("Mattress Covers"). Mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface, on a bed base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the Mattress and user(s).
ALL "ALMOST PERFECT" DISCOUNTED MATTRESSES ARE EXEMPT FROM THE LIMITED WARRANTY.
Who This Limited Lifetime Warranty Extends To.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty extends to the original purchaser of any Mattress who is located in the United States (not including US territories) or Canada. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only for the period of time the Mattress is owned by the original purchaser of the Mattress. The "Original Purchaser" or “you”, for the purposes of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Mattress from Nolah or a Nolah authorized retailer. PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. All Nolah warranties are not transferable.
Nolah's Limited Lifetime Warranty and Responsibilities.
Nolah warrants the Mattress in its original packaging against the defects in material and workmanship set forth below ("Defects") for the full period of the Original Purchaser’s ownership and use, from the time the Mattress is purchased by the Original Purchaser (the “Original Purchase Date”), and when the Mattress is used normally for its intended purposes.
YEARS 1-10: NON-PRORATED COVERAGE
For the first 10 years from the Original Purchase Date, the Mattress is warranted against non-excluded defects in the workmanship or materials. During this time, Nolah will repair or replace any defective Mattress at no cost to the Original Purchaser.
YEARS 11-END OF OWNERSHIP: PRORATED COVERAGE
From year 11 through the remainder of the period of the Original Purchaser’s ownership and use, Nolah will replace the Mattress at a prorated charge to the Original Purchaser. The prorated replacement charge will depend on the year the Mattress is replaced.
During years 11-15 of the Limited Lifetime Warranty, the prorated replacement charge the Original Purchaser will pay will be fifty (50) percent of the then current retail price of the same model and size as the original Mattress purchased.
During years 16-20 of the Limited Lifetime Warranty, the prorated replacement charge the Original Purchaser will pay will be sixty (60) percent of the then current retail price of the same model and size as the original Mattress purchased.
From year 21 through the remainder of the period of the Original Purchaser’s ownership and use of the Mattress, the prorated replacement charge the Original Purchaser will pay will be seventy-five (75) percent of the then current retail price of the same model and size as the original Mattress purchased.
Any replacement will be of the same model and size as the original Mattress purchased. In no event will a substitution model be used as a replacement except in the case of a discontinued Mattress. In this event, a Mattress of like build and design, at Nolah’s discretion, will be used as a replacement for the defective Mattress. Replaced or repaired Mattresses are subject to the same Mattress Limited Lifetime Warranty as the original Mattress. If the Original Purchaser obtains a replaced or repaired Mattress, the Limited Lifetime Warranty term of the replaced or repaired Mattress begins from the Original Purchase Date.
Removing the Mattress Cover from a Mattress will automatically void any Limited Lifetime Warranty claim. Please contact Nolah in advance or if you have any questions.
What This Limited Lifetime Warranty Covers.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the following Defects in a Mattress:
-Deterioration causing the Mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one and one-half (1.5) inches that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base. Normal wear requires that a Mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the Mattress and foundation. Any foundation, box spring, frame, or other base on which the Mattress is placed that has slats greater than 5.5 inches apart will be considered improper and will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
-Any physical flaw in the Mattress that causes the foam or spring material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
-Any manufacturing defect in the assembly of the Mattress Cover.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following:
-A normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the Mattress.
-Comfort preference beyond the 120 day trial period.
-Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the Defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
-For years 1 – 10 of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, replacement of any non-defective pieces in the Nolah sleep system (for example, if you purchase a mattress with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only replace the defective component).
-Any mattress (whether manufactured by Nolah or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers of Nolah.
-Mattresses sold "as-is", "preconditioned", "reconditioned", "used", "comfort return", "returned", "previously owned", or any other similar wording indicating that the Mattress is not "new" or of "first quality", or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.
In the event of a Defect, Nolah's sole and exclusive liability and the Original Purchaser’s sole remedy under this Limited Lifetime Warranty will be, at Nolah's option, to provide a repaired or replacement Mattress or Mattress Cover of similar or greater value, as applicable, and subject to the Original Purchaser’s fulfillment of "Purchaser Responsibilities" below.
Purchaser Responsibilities.
In the event of a Defect and in order to get the benefit of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, the Original Purchaser must return the Mattress or Mattress Cover to Nolah and provide Nolah with proof of the original date of purchase. Mattresses and Mattress Covers must be sent to the address set forth at the end of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
If Nolah deems a claim made under this Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid, Nolah will repair or replace (as applicable) and ship the Mattress or replacement Mattress back to the Original Purchaser. Please note Nolah takes all efforts to complete these requests as quickly as possible and some cases can take longer than others.
Disclaimer, Limitation on Liability.
TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE MATTRESS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. SOME STATES OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, IN NO EVENT WILL NOLAH OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE MATTRESS OR ITS USE BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER UNDER THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), INDEMNITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF NOLAH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. NOLAH'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE MATTRESS GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Arbitration.
In the event a dispute arises between you and Nolah arising out of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, such dispute will be determined and settled by binding arbitration between the parties, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). More information about the AAA is located at www.adr.org, or you can call the AAA at 1-800-778-7879.
You must seek arbitration for disputes arising out of this Limited Lifetime Warranty prior to exercising any rights or seeking any remedies created by the Title I of the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act. If you choose to pursue any rights and remedies that are not created by Title I of the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, then arbitration is not required.
Arbitration will take place in New York, New York.
The arbitration will not be combined with any other proceeding or arbitration against one of the parties. Each party will designate one arbitrator and the two designated arbitrators will select a third arbitrator, who will serve as the chair of the arbitration panel. If the two arbitrators cannot agree on the third arbitrator, then the AAA will appoint the third arbitrator. Barring extraordinary circumstances, the arbitrators will issue their decision within 120 days from the date the third arbitrator is selected by the two designated arbitrators or appointed by the AAA. The arbitrators may extend this time limit for an additional 30 days in the interests of justice. All arbitration proceedings will be closed to the public and confidential and all related records will be permanently sealed, except as necessary to obtain court confirmation of the arbitration award. The decision and the arbitrators' award will be in writing and will include a statement setting forth the reasons for the disposition of any claim. A dissenting decision will also be set forth in writing. The arbitrators' award will be final and binding on the parties, and judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Governing Law.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to its conflict of laws rules.

NOLAH PILLOWS
Your new Nolah pillow is covered by a two (2) year limited warranty.
Warranty Term Adjustable Shredded Foam Pillow and Talalay Latex pillows. Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for a Nolah Pillow sold by Nolah Technologies LLC. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for any additional owners of the Nolah Pillow.
The limited pillow warranty does not cover:
Normal increases in softening or flattening of materials or any other normal wear and tear such as but not limited to blemishes on the cover and wrinkles of the cover.
Change in comfort preference
Physical abuse or damage to the Nolah Pillow and/or cover material, including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, infestation, mold, mildew, damped, liquid damage, soiling, stains, and/or tears; and/or
Repair and/or replacement of the seams, zipper assembly, or cover
When using the Nolah products for any commercial use such as rental properties, hotels, schools, AirBnb, Bed & Breakfast, etc.
Complementary products provided to customers, reviewers, content creators or otherwise are not eligible for warranty
Original Purchaser. The Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser who purchases a Nolah Pillow from an authorized reseller or through the Site. The Limited Warranty does not cover any purchases of Nolah Pillows from unauthorized resellers and/or any Nolah Pillow that is sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Nolah Pillow is not “new” or of “first quality”. Any purchases of a Nolah Pillow from an original purchaser will not be covered under the Limited Warranty
Warranty on Replacement Products. No new Limited Warranty is provided on any replacement Nolah Pillow. The Limited Warranty for the replacement Nolah Pillow only runs from the date of purchase of the original Nolah Pillow and will expire two (2) years from the date of the original purchase.
LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY. THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN AND THE OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES OF NOLAH TECHNOLOGIES AS STATED HEREIN ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL OTHER REMEDIES, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS WERE MADE TO YOU OR RELIED UPON BY PURCHASER WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY AND FUNCTION OF THE NOLAH PILLOWS SOLD BY NOLAH TECHNOLOGIES.
NOLAH PLATFORM BASE, UPHOLSTERED BED FRAMES AND ALASKAN KING BED FRAME
Limited one (1) year warranty.
Warranty Term Nolah Platform Base, Upholstered Bed Frames (Harmony Upholstered Bed Frame and Tranquility Upholstered Bed Frame) and Alaskan King Bed Frame. The Nolah Platform Base, Upholstered Bed Frames and Alaskan King Bed Frame are covered by a 1-year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the base. If your Nolah base is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired by Nolah Technologies.
Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for a Nolah Platform Base, Upholstered Bed Frame or Alaskan King Bed Frame sold by Nolah Technologies LLC. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for any additional owners of the Nolah Platform Base, Upholstered Bed Frame or Alaskan King Bed Frame.
Full 1-year warranty:
The Nolah Platform Base, Upholstered Bed Frames and Alaskan King Bed Frame are warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. During the first year, Nolah Technologies will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defective part. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found to be stained, soiled, in unsanitary conditions or when product failure is due to cause of misuse or abuse. These warranties do not cover normal wear and tear.
The limited warranty does not apply under the following conditions and circumstances:
• When product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.
• If this product is used for commercial purposes.
• Exceeding this weight restriction could damage the bed and/or cause injury and will void the warranty. The bed frame will support the recommended weight limits if distributed evenly across the bed frame. This product is not designed to support the total maximum weight limit in an isolated section such as the head or foot of the bed frame alone.
Additional terms and conditions: The warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, setup, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses not expressly covered in this warranty. This warranty does not apply: Some states do not allow the exclusions of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may have other rights, which may vary from state to state. This warranty is valid in the 48 continuous states.
Original Purchaser. The Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser who purchases a Nolah Platform Base, Upholstered Bed Frame or Alaskan King Bed Frame from an authorized reseller or through the Site. Any purchases of a Nolah base from an original purchaser will not be covered under the Limited Warranty Warranty on Replacement Products. No new Limited Warranty is provided on any replacement Nolah base. The Limited Warranty for the replacement Nolah Platform Base, Upholstered Bed Frame or Alaskan King Bed Frame only runs from the date of purchase of the original Nolah Platform Base, Upholstered Bed Frame or Alaskan King Bed Frame and will expire 1 year from the date of the original purchase.
LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY. NOLAH SMART ADJUSTABLE BASE, ADJUSTABLE BASE AND LIFTEASE ADJUSTABLE BASE
Limited ten (10) year warranty.
Warranty Term Nolah Smart Adjustable Base, Adjustable Base and LiftEase Adjustable Base. The Nolah Smart Adjustable Base, Adjustable Base and LiftEase Adjustable Base are covered by a 10 year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the Nolah adjustable base. If your Nolah adjustable base is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired by Nolah Technologies.
Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for a Nolah adjustable base sold by Nolah Technologies LLC. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for any additional owners of the Nolah adjustable base.
Full 1-year warranty:
The adjustable base is warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. During the first year, Nolah Technologies will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defective part. This includes all authorized labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any parts found to be defective.
2-year motor warranty:
The adjustable base has a two-year, full replacement warranty, parts, labor, and transportation; on the motor, should the motor(s) fail during the first two years of this warranty from the original purchase date.
5-year warranty:
During year two through five, from the original purchase date, Nolah Technologies will replace any bed part, to the original purchaser, found to be defective. The part must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the replacement part(s), or purchaser may be subject to charges for said part(s) to include, but not limited to freight charges. Liability of Nolah Technologies is limited to the replacement of the defective part or parts ONLY with purchaser responsibility for all service, installation and transportation costs of said part(s)
10-year limited warranty:
From year six to ten from the original purchase date, Nolah Technologies will replace, per the terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph, any bed part found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay 1/180 of the current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of months, after the fifth (5th) year, from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to replacement parts. The purchaser may be subject to charges for said part(s) to include, but not limited to, freight charges. Liability of Nolah Technologies shall be limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) only with purchaser responsibility for all service, installation and freight costs of the said part(s).
Additional terms and conditions:
Warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, set up, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses not expressly covered in this warranty. This warranty does not apply:
To damage resulting from misuse or abuse caused by the purchaser
To damage caused by the repairs or parts replacement by an authorized person.If the adjustable base has been mishandled (including during shipping), subject to physical abuse or an improper power supply, or otherwise operated in a manner inconsistent with procedures outlined in the owner’s manual and warranty explained on this site.
To damage to mattresses, bedding, cables, electrical cords, or accessories supplied by dealers.
To modification of the bed without prior written consent by Nolah Technologies.
To costs for unauthorized service calls for the purpose of educating the consumer about the bed or locating properly functioning power outlets.If the recommended weight restrictions are exceeded.
If used in an environment or a commercial setting for which it was not intended. Although your bed has been rigorously tested within all recommended limits, to maintain the highest standards, exceeding the recommended weight limits may void your warranty. The recommended weight restrictions are 500 lb, and is calculated to include the weight of the mattress,
Some states do not allow the exclusions of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may have other rights, which may vary from state to state. This warranty is valid in the 48 continuous states.
Original Purchaser. The Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser who purchases a Nolah adjustable base from an authorized reseller or through the Site. Warranty on Replacement Products. No new Limited Warranty is provided on any replacement Nolah adjustable base. The Limited Warranty for the replacement Nolah adjustable base only runs from the date of purchase of the original Nolah adjustable base and will expire ten years from the date of the original purchase.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS WERE MADE TO YOU OR RELIED UPON BY PURCHASER WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY AND FUNCTION OF THE NOLAH ADJUSTABLE BASES SOLD BY NOLAH TECHNOLOGIES.
NOLAH ADJUSTABLE BASE WITH HEADBOARD
Limited ten (10) year warranty for adjustabe base and limited one (1) year warranty for headboard attachment.
Warranty Term Nolah Adjustable Base with Headboard.
The Nolah Adjustable Base with Headboard excluding headboard attachment is covered by a 10 year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the Nolah adjustable base. If your Nolah adjustable base is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired by Nolah Technologies.
The Nolah Adjustable Base with Headboard's headboard attachment is covered by a 1 year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the Nolah Adjustable Base with Headboard. If your Nolah headboard attachment is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired by Nolah Technologies.

Full 1-year warranty:
The Nolah Adjustable Base with Headboard and its headboard attachment are warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. During the first year, Nolah Technologies will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defective part. This includes all authorized labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any parts found to be defective.
2-year motor warranty:
The Adjustable Base with Headboard has a two-year, full replacement warranty, parts, labor, and transportation; on the motor, should the motor(s) fail during the first two years of this warranty from the original purchase date.
5-year warranty:
During year two through five, from the original purchase date, Nolah Technologies will replace any base part excluding the headboard attachment to the original purchaser, found to be defective. The part must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the replacement part(s), or purchaser may be subject to charges for said part(s) to include, but not limited to freight charges. Liability of Nolah Technologies is limited to the replacement of the defective part or parts ONLY with purchaser responsibility for all service, installation and transportation costs of said part(s)
10-year limited warranty:
From year six to ten from the original purchase date, Nolah Technologies will replace, per the terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph, any base part excluding the headboard attachment found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay 1/180 of the current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of months, after the fifth (5th) year, from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to replacement parts. The purchaser may be subject to charges for said part(s) to include, but not limited to, freight charges. Liability of Nolah Technologies shall be limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) only with purchaser responsibility for all service, installation and freight costs of the said part(s).

Warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, set up, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses not expressly covered in this warranty. This warranty does not apply:
To damage resulting from misuse or abuse caused by the purchaser
To damage caused by the repairs or parts replacement by an authorized person.If the adjustable base has been mishandled (including during shipping), subject to physical abuse or an improper power supply, or otherwise operated in a manner inconsistent with procedures outlined in the owner’s manual and warranty explained on this site.
To damage to mattresses, bedding, cables, electrical cords, or accessories supplied by dealers.
To modification of the bed without prior written consent by Nolah Technologies.
To costs for unauthorized service calls for the purpose of educating the consumer about the bed or locating properly functioning power outlets.
If the recommended weight restrictions are exceeded.If used in an environment or a commercial setting for which it was not intended. Although your bed has been rigorously tested within all recommended limits, to maintain the highest standards, exceeding the recommended weight limits may void your warranty. The recommended weight restrictions are 500 lb, and is calculated to include the weight of the mattress,
Some states do not allow the exclusions of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may have other rights, which may vary from state to state. This warranty is valid in the 48 continuous states.
Original Purchaser. The Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser who purchases a Nolah adjustable base from an authorized reseller or through the Site. The AirFoam® Luxe Mattress Topper, Nolah Mattress Topper, Latex Mattress Topper and Microcoil Mattress Toppers's foam and coil components are covered by a 10 year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the mattress topper. If an internal foam or coil layer of your AirFoam® Luxe Mattress Topper, Nolah Mattress Topper, Latex Mattress Topper or Microcoil Mattress Topper is found defective, it will be replaced or repaired by Nolah Technologies.
The AirFoam® Luxe Mattress Topper, Nolah Mattress Topper, Latex Mattress Topper and Microcoil Mattress Topper's respective external covers are covered by a 1 year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the mattress topper. If the external cover of your AirFoam® Luxe Mattress Topper, Nolah Mattress Topper, Latex Mattress Topper or Microcoil Mattress Topper is found defective, it will be replaced or repaired by Nolah Technologies.
