The Nolah Mattress Topper is spot-clean only. Use a gentle detergent diluted with water and gently rub it into the affected area with a damp cloth. Be careful not to soak the topper, and ensure it's completely dried before remaking your bed or putting the topper back on your mattress if you removed it for cleaning.

The Nolah Mattress Topper is exceptionally comfortable and can enhance the comfort and support of any bed, but it’s not a substitute for a new mattress. While adding the topper to your existing mattress will surely provide a good comfort boost and the benefits of AirFoam™️, it won’t fix the issues of an old and worn mattress.

If your mattress is old, worn out, unsanitary, sagging, or has divets, we recommend a new mattress. A mattress topper can add extra support and comfort, but it’s not a replacement for a new mattress.

We designed the Nolah Mattress Topper to fit any mattress measuring 10" to 15" tall, accommodating most beds. Each corner of the topper features a sturdy elastic band, making it easy to attach to your new or existing mattress.

Once your topper ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Notification with your FedEx tracking number. The Shipping Notification will be sent to the email address you used to place the order.

If, against all expectations, you don't love your new topper, you can request a return via email at support@nolahmattress.com within the first 30 days. Returns on pillows and accessories—including the Nolah Mattress Topper—are limited to one return per product type.

When you contact our customer service team to initiate a return, you can purchase a return shipping label at a discounted rate. Or, you can purchase a shipping label and return the product through a shipping carrier of your choice.
