Our premium mattresses are made to order at our state-of-the-art facility in Arizona using foreign and domestic parts. We do our own coiling, foam pouring, foam cutting, lamination, and sewing in-house, ensuring quality craftsmanship at every step. Eligible Nolah mattresses include our 120-night at-home sleep trial! If, against all expectations, you don't love your mattress, you can return it for a full refund. Our logistics partner will pick up the mattress; you're only responsible for a $99 flat fee to cover labor and one-way transportation.

The trial begins the day your mattress arrives. Sleep on your Nolah mattress for at least 30 nights before making a decision—this gives you enough time to adjust to your new bed and fully experience its comfort and support benefits.

If you wish to return your mattress, please use the email form on our Contact page or email us at support@nolahmattress.com. You must initiate the return process after the 30-night break-in period but before the 120-night trial expires.

Return Process

1. Submit Request: Please use the email form on our Contact page or email us at support@nolahmattress.com to request a return. We cannot process returns over the phone or live chat, only through email. Once your request is received, a member of our customer support team will reach out to walk you through the rest of the process.

2. Schedule Pick-Up: We'll set up the scheduled mattress pick-up with one of our third-party logistics partners. The $99 flat fee (deducted from your refund) covers the pick-up and transportation. When possible, we arrange for the mattress to be donated to a local charity or mattress recycling program, depending on your state's laws.

3. Day of Pick-Up: Our support team member will provide instructions on what to do on the scheduled pick-up day. Typically, you leave the mattress unboxed for pick-up, and the driver does the rest. Then, email us a scan or digital photo of the pick-up receipt.

4. Refund: Once we receive a copy of the pick-up receipt, we'll process your refund in full (minus the $99 flat fee). You will receive a Refund Notification via email.

If you choose to return your qualifying Nolah mattress within the sleep trial period, go to our Contact Page and use the email form to request your return. Please select the subject "Request Return."

A member of our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a pickup through our third-party provider. A $99 flat fee (deducted from your refund) will cover the pickup and transportation costs.

You do not need to pack your mattress for the return. Simply leave it unboxed, and the driver will take care of the rest. All you need to do is email us a scan or digital photo of the pickup receipt.

Nolah will fully refund your mattress purchase after receiving your pickup receipt.

What happens to your returned mattress depends on your state's mattress donation and disposal laws. Whenever possible, we try to donate returned mattresses to local charities or mattress recycling programs.

The lifetime manufacturer's warranty covers defects to a qualifying Nolah mattress not caused by normal wear and tear. If your mattress has a defect, we'll either repair or replace it, ensuring it meets our quality standards and your full satisfaction.
